診察編 Examination
● 診察します。 Let me examine you.
● 目・耳・鼻・喉の診察をします。 Let me examine your eyes, ears, nose and throat.
● お腹の診察をします。 Let me examine your stomach.
● 婦人科関係の愁訴だそうですが、どんな具合ですか。 I hear you are here to implore on a gynecological problem. What is the matter ?
どうぞ、掛けてください。 Please have a seat.
ベッドに横になってください。 Please lie down on the bed.
診察台に上がってください。 Please get up on the examining table.
横向き Sideways 後向き Face down 前向き Face up
仰向き Face up or on your back 腹這い Lay down on your stomach
ズボン・ショーツを脱いでください。 Please take off your pants and underwear.
上半身を脱いでください。 Please take off your top and expose your upper body.
胸を出してください。 Please expose your chest.
お腹を出してください。 Please expose your stomach.
大きく、ゆっくり、呼吸をしてください。 Please breath in slowly and deeply.
脈をみます。手を出してください。 I'm going to check your pulse. Let me see your hand please.
瞼をみます。目を開けて、上の方を見てください。 I'm going to check your eyelids. Open your eyes and look upward please.
口を大きく開けてください。喉をみます。 Open your mouth wide please. Let me check your throat.
舌を出してください。 Stick out your tongue please.
体温を測ります。体温計を脇の下に挟んでください。 Let me take your temperature. Please place the thermometer under your arm.
血圧を測定します。腕を出してください。 I'm going to take your blood pressure. Let me see your arm please.
目・耳・鼻・喉の診察します。 Let me examine your eyes, ears, nose and throat.
顔を指示する方へ向けてください。 Turn your face towards the direction I tell you to please.
頭を動かさないで指先の方を見てください。 Please keep your head still and follow my finger with your eyes only.
右 Right 左 Left
右上 Upper right 左上 Upper left
真上 Right abobe 真下 Right below
右下 Lower right 左下 Lower left
遠くを見るつもりで正面を見てください。 Please look straight and far away.
目に光をあてます。 I'm going to put a light on your eye.
目に風を吹き付けます。 I'm going to blow some air on your eye.
目を閉じないでください。 Don't close your eyes.
耳・鼻・喉にこれを入れます。 I'm going to insert this into your ear (nose) (throat).
鼻から喉にこのファイバー・スコープを入れます。 I'm inserting this fiberscoap through your nose and throat.
痛くても顔を動かさないでください。 Please don't move your face even if it hurts.
お腹の診察をします。 Let me examine your stomach.
痛むところに、手を置いてください。 Place your hand where it hurts please.
このような痛みは以前にもありましたか？ Did you have this kind of pain before ?

肛門から診察します。 Let me examine your anus.
足をお腹の上に組んでください。 Cross your legs on your stomach.
指を入れます。 I'm inserting my finger.
力を抜いてください。 Relax.
圧迫していますが、痛みますか？ I'm pressing it but does it hurt ?
肛門で熱を計ります。この肛門計を入れますよ。 Let me take your temperature from the anus. I'm inserting the thermometer, O. K ?

性器からの出血 Bleeding from the genitals
不正規な irregular bleeding どろんとした(凝血) thick, clotted blood

診察しますのでショーツを脱いで内診台（診察台）へ上がってください。 I'm going to examine you so please remove your underwear and get on the examining chair.
膣から診察します。 I'm going to examine your vagina first.
もっと足の方に動いてください。 Please move your legs a little more down towards me.
両膝を外に開いてください。 Open your knees outward please.
尿は溜まっていませんか？ Do you need to go to the toilet (urinate) right now ?
診察の器具が入ります。 The apparatus is being inserted now.
お腹の力を抜いて、手を胸において楽にしてください。。 Please your hands on your chest and relax your stomach.
そこは痛みますか？ Does it hurt there ?
どこが痛みますか？ Where does it hurt ?
